I co-founded Sushi Rakyat Indonesia, a fully cooked sushi business distributed through hospital and
campus canteens and major food delivery platforms. I manage product development, production, quality
control, merchant coordination, and distribution while building practical systems for inventory,
sales tracking, and daily operations.

I managed B2B accounts across the region, handling sales discussions, contract renewals, and
customer follow-up. I coordinated installations and service issues with branch managers, field
technicians, and the Network Operations Center (NOC), and worked with Inside Sales on billing
and proforma invoices.
I
built a prospect mapping tool using Microsoft Excel and Google Maps data to organize business
locations, hotel rates, and account details for sales planning. I reported progress and
escalated field issues to the Regional and Senior Managers.

From market research to client relationships: account planning, sales discussions, and field
coordination.
I combined digital content with consultative selling to generate and convert automotive leads. I
created vehicle walkthrough content, supported showroom and mall activations, followed up with
prospective buyers, coordinated financing with multi-finance partners, and assisted customers
through vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up.
I lead website projects from client discovery and technical scoping through interface planning, development, QA, and deployment. I design interfaces in Figma and build WordPress solutions using Gutenberg, Elementor, and AI-assisted custom code.
For projects that involving freelance developers, I prepare technical briefs, coordinate implementation, and review functionality, performance, and CMS usability against agreed client requirements before handover.

photographed products, and handled customer communication, PayPal payments, packing, and
international shipping.
